Despite the outwardly technological nature of the name and business of the CyberFrontier firms, the principals and owners are very conservative in their outlook and the handling of financial matters This is one of the reasons why we all invest in property projects in the countries we are maintaining a presence.

The primary strategy with property investments is to always pay a number of properties in full, before using external financing for additional purchases in each project.This way the firms are not overstretched and even a sudden price drop still leaves a positive cash-flow.

Properties are typically selected on the basis of them either being undervalued, or having outstanding cash-flow, as well as redevelopment potential. Favorites among these are failed developments, properties needing refurbishment, and buildings that can be redeveloped to cater to a new niche in the market.

Aside from the ongoing projects mentioned on the left, we are also looking at refurbishing the first floor shop lots in an older apartment complex into a budget motel, and turning a country-side partially empty housing project into a middle class assisted care retirement home with adjacent health and medical center.

We are also interested in small-holder agriculture, tropical orchards, and timber & forestry estates in Europe.
We only work with outside or external sources of financing for larger redevelopment projects that require substantial up-front commitments and are meant to produce steady above-average cash-flow for extended periods of time, while also adding equity value during the same period.
